I have sold in Placer, Sacramento, El Dorado Hills and Nevada Counties for the past 26 years. I have worked on every type of home, from foreclosures to extreme fixer-uppers, many for the Golden 1 Credit Union, Ranches, Farm even wineries to multi-million dollar properties from Sac to Placer to EDH. I come from Commercial Multi-family Real Estate. I worked with very successful companies that bought, remodeled, managed, and sold apartment communities from Sacramento to Los Angeles. So I know what it takes to SELL a home. 

 

I keep current on trends. I am always watching, learning, and keeping up on what buyers are looking for, what's in, and what's out. During my days at The Golden 1 I learned what to do with a home. On a shoestring budget mainly. Paint, kitchen counters, and sometimes flooring. It SOLD and fast for top value. I was selling 65 homes a year. Yes, I have firsthand experience in this area. Its valuable. 

 

I am not the realtor who wants to LIST A BUNCH OF HOMES. I want to SELL THEM!  I do not take on 10 properties at once. I list, work on, and sell the homes I bring on. As a marketing director with many years of experience, I know how to capture buyers' attention, and if one approach fails, I can devise 15 other ways to engage them. Believe me. 

 

When the market is difficult, I am the one you want. I come in, reassess why it is not working and then create and carry out a plan so that it does. I love a challenge, and I love creating a winning product for my clients. 

 

I donate the Staging and just ask my clients to pay a very small fee for transportation and manpower to get it there. We create a WIN WIN situation. 

 

I list everything from small fixer-uppers or rental homes to multimillion-dollar properties. Since I lived in Loomis for numerous years and began my career there, yes, much of my experience has been selling in Loomis, Granite Bay and Newcastle. However, I came from Rocklin before that and have lived in the area for years. I also sell in Rocklin and Roseville. I was a resident of Auburn for a decade; there's not many places I don't know. If there are comps, I can sell it.
