Ursala and her husband Tom are past clients, from a previous sale in Lincoln in 2017. Since that time, we have become best friends. As Ursala tells the story, she couldn't wait to get thru the sale so they could develop a friendship with Leslie outside of work. That friendship is still going strong today. Ursala supports Leslie in her daily big tasks with Listing appointments, Staging homes, organizing clients needs, Open House support, and closings. Everyone loves Ursala and her genuine, fun personality, always shines through. She keeps us laughing and always having fun. She loves our clients pets and can help you with any needs during the sale. She is a huge asset to the team. We love her immensely and sure you will too!

Patty joined the team in 2025 to help Leslie out while Ursala travels all Summer. Leslie saw great talent in Patty and the desire to help out more with all our buyers we meet. Patty finished up her real estate schooling and is waiting to take her test for her RE license. She will then become our official Buyers Agent. She loves the challenge of finding our clients their dream homes, and finds it so rewarding. Patty will then host your Open Houses every two weeks to keep those buyers coming in. Its an awesome benefit to our clients and allows Leslie to remain concentrated on the Sale of your home, Patty is free to help all the buyers we meet. The intital Open House is always performed by Leslie. After that we guarentee you'll always remain at the front of Buyers minds and positioned for a faster sale!
Patty also assists Leslie in her daily tasks and initial meetings with our Buyers and Sellers. Being a close neighbor to Leslie really helps in gettinig these tasks done quickly. You will love working with Patty as much as we do as her upbeat and happy personality shines through.

Kristen's job is making sure you have crossed your Ts and dotted your I's. Yes, she is the lady to go over all yur paperwork that you have filled out, and get it over to the other side. And then back again in time to close. She does a darn good job and we always appreciate her input.

Deedee began in 2000 managing the team needs and running the Office. She keeps all our receipts filed, tax info up to date, running the special tasks we have at hand and helping with party planning. Dee is an important part and still here after all this time. We love her organization!

Dee tells a story of just how many time she has moved Leslie! Hahaha! True! All that has paid off though for she is available to ever so carefully pack up your favorite dishes and items and have them arrive safely. We know how important that is for you. Us too. You will find her very affordable and she is worth every penny and so helpful. Theres nothing that Dee can't do and you will enjoy working with her. Her funny laugh is just like Wilma Flinstone and keeps it going during these stressful times. She is ne of the hardest working gals I know. We love Dee! You will too!
