I have two agents within the Remax Gold office who assist me with my listing and buyer needs. I am lucky to have these two great agents ready to assist you. Just like the TV series "Shark Tank," you have 4 Sharks.

Ursala Kulinski, Leslies assistant

Ursala and her husband Tom are past clients, from a previous sale in Lincoln in 2017. Since that time, we have become best friends. As Ursala tells the story, she couldn't wait to get thru the sale so they could develop a friendship with Leslie outside of work. That friendship is still going strong today.
Ursala supports Leslie in her daily big tasks with Listing appointments, Staging homes, organizing clients needs, Open House support, and closings. Everyone loves Ursala and her genuine, fun personality, always shines through. She keeps us laughing and always having fun. She loves our clients pets and can help you with any needs during the sale. She is a huge asset to the team. We love her immensely and sure you will too!

Adele Galus, Buyers Agent

Adele and I have worked together numerous times over the past view decades. She's a broker and has been licensed since 1991. I always say youre only as good as those who support you. Im happy to have sone great agents who work with me.

Kristen Grivette, Transaction Coordinator

Kristen's job is making sure you have crossed your Ts and dotted your I's. Yes, she is the lady to go over all your paperwork. She'll help you get it filled out, and get it over to the other agent and then back again in time to close. She does a darn good job and we always appreciate her input. Denise Krake (Deedee)
Office Manager, Bookkeeper

Deedee began in 2000 managing the team needs and running the Office. She keeps all our receipts filed, tax info up to date, running the special tasks we have at hand and helping with party planning. Dee is an important part and still here after all this time. We love her organization!




Moving Packing / Cleaning Specialist
Dee tells a story of just how many time she has moved Leslie! Hahaha! True! All that has paid off though for she is available to ever so carefully pack up your favorite dishes and items and have them arrive safely. We know how important that is for you. Us too. You will find her very affordable and she is worth every penny and so helpful. Theres nothing that Dee can't do and you will enjoy working with her. Her funny laugh is just like Wilma Flinstone and keeps it going during these stressful times. She is one of the hardest working gals I know. We love Dee! You will too!
